This is a letter outlining our responsibilities, the services we are providing, and our billing policies.
Payment setup
Depending on the service plan selected, you will be issued one of the following:
- Retainer Invoice: This is intended to cover a portion of the expected final invoice. Payment of this invoice will be required prior to work commencement on your file.
- Pre-authorized debit/credit agreement: For your convenience we offer monthly payment plans via pre-authorized payment plan agreements.
